Location: Oldbury (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
A growing and well-established business based in Oldbury is looking to recruit a driven and hands-on Finance Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified or finalist-level accountant looking to step into a broad, site-based role where you can take ownership of the month-end process and play a key part in business decision-making.
You'll report into an experienced Financial Director and work closely with operational and commercial teams across the business.

• 
  Full responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts
• 
  Variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
• Line management of a small finance team, supporting development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• 
  Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
• 
  Business partnering with non-finance teams to support performance and cost control
• 
  Balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow management
• 
  Oversight of transactional finance (AP/AR) and month-end close
• 
  Identifying process improvements and supporting finance systems development

• 
  ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
• 
  Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• 
  Strong Excel skills and a good eye for detail
• 
  Confident communicator, able to work across departments and influence stakeholders
• 
  Comfortable working on-site 4 days per week
