This broad role offers a great blend of commercial, strategic finance, and core financial management and control.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, qualified Management Accountant looking to step up to their first Finance Manager position, or a qualified Finance Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the month-end close-off process
• Prepare and analyse financial statements.
• Budgets and Forecasts
• Business Partnering with key stakeholders
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Produce statutory accounts
• Tax returns
• Oversee the finance team responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Manage cash flow
• Support and eventually lead all external and internal audits.
• Management and development of a small finance team

Key requirements:-

• Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Previous management, or mentoring experience
• A self-starter
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Highly organised and methodical
• SME experience - desirable

Salary and Key Benefits:-

• £55,000
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
