Finance Manager

Your new company
Our client is recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The organisation is based on the South Side of Glasgow and is accessible by public transport and there is also on-site parking. The organisation will offer hybrid working moving forward, circa 2-3 days per week from home. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Finance Manager will undertake a range of duties. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to; overseeing day-to-day management accounting processes, reconciliations, consolidation tasks, weekly, quarterly, annual reporting, assisting with the setting up of new processes and procedures, financial and P&L analysis, overseeing purchase and sales ledgers, reporting for internal and external stakeholders and all associated financial management tasks. The IT system used is Sage 50.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similarly hands-on management accountant/finance manager position is essential. You will have working knowledge of Sage. You will have a positive attitude to work, a clear & professional communication style and will be confident in building relationships with a range of different internal & external stakeholders and management.
