Description

• Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to improve business performance within the FMCG sector.
• Ensure the accuracy of month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain financial control and alignment with corporate goals.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Either be qualified by experience or possess a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.

Job Offer

• Salary circa £50,000 to £55,000, level DOE and higher salary potentially negotiable for a highly experienced candidate.
