Finance Manager

Location: South West London Area (Hybrid)

The Role:

Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Manager will be central to overseeing daily financial operations and ensuring robust financial management. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing financial forecasting, budgeting, and comprehensive reporting cycles.
• Ensuring meticulous compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Acting as a key financial business partner, collaborating across departments to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions.
• Managing and overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Performing detailed account reconciliations to maintain ledger integrity.
• Actively supporting and contributing to internal and external audit processes.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional possessing:

• A recognised accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or be Qualified By Experience (QBE) with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Demonstrable expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth financial analysis.
• Strong practical skills in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex account reconciliations.
• A solid understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with financial software and Excel, including the capability to analyse and interpret large data sets.
