Job Description - Finance Manager

The Role
Finance Manager - Hybrid Working - Career Progression - Growing Business

We are delighted to be supporting a high growth SaaS business in recruiting a Finance Manager. This is a newly created role, supporting the CFO, in which the Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering financial reporting, month end processing and providing financial insights.

The Role
The Finance Manager's duties will include:
  • Manage month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • KPI reporting
  • Assist with cash flow reporting and budgeting
  • Help improve and maintain financial processes, controls, and reporting tools

The Person
The requirements for the Finance Manager role are:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Strong financial reporting and management accounting skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Ambitious and eager to grow with the needs of the business
