• Financial Oversight: Take charge of the accounting operations, ensuring all properties align with RICS, TPI, and lease stipulations.
• Secretarial Savvy: Handle essential company secretarial duties and manage legal requests with precision. Keep our financial books, including VAT and payroll, in impeccable order.
• Budget Mastery: Craft and finalize budgets, engaging with clients to secure timely approvals. Issue service charge and ground rent demands punctually.
• Credit Control: Vigilantly manage arrears and maintain robust credit control processes to ensure financial health across the portfolio.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keep all financial records and processes up to standard, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director and other stakeholders, providing financial insights and supporting broader company initiatives.
