Reed is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing business who are looking for a detailed-orientated, hands on and ambitious Finance Manager to join them as they continue their exciting period of growth.

Responsible for:

• Financial Planning
• Management reporting
• Financial controls & compliance
• Bookkeeping

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification preferred, though part-qualified candidates will be considered - support provided for final exams
• Strong understanding of navigating reports and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with team members and outstanding communication skills
