This is a leadership role responsible for managing the finance function and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or product led or manufacturing sector (ideal but not pre-requisite).
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• A proactive approach to solving financial challenges.
