The Role

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on qualified accountant who doesn't just want to "do the numbers", you also want to get involved in the running of the business. Working closely with the CEO, this role will give you exposure well beyond finance. You'll be at the heart of commercial decision making, operational reviews, and strategic growth initiatives.

You'll take ownership of group reporting, forecasting, and financial controls but you'll also be encouraged to get stuck into pricing strategy, margin analysis, contract performance, and business partnering with heads across sales, operations, and delivery. For the right candidate, this role could be a springboard into a broader role where you'll be an integral part of the leadership team.

The Candidate

You're a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a background in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in construction, contracting or project-based businesses. You think commercially, communicate clearly, and want more from your career than closing month-end. Driven and ambitious, you'll thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
