The role:
As Finance Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all day-to-day finance operations while working closely with the FD on strategic projects. You'll oversee a small team and ensure the business has the insight and controls it needs to keep growing.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly management accounts process, producing accurate and timely reports

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow

• Oversee year-end statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors

• Support commercial decision-making with insightful financial analysis

• Implement process improvements to drive efficiency

• Manage and develop a small finance team

About you:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

• Strong management accounting and reporting skills

• Confident working in a fast-paced SME environment

• A people person - collaborative and approachable with strong communication skills

• Able to balance day-to-day finance work with a commercial, big-picture view

Package & benefits:

• £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
