Finance Manager

Salary - £40,000-£50,000 DOE
Full Time - 40 Hours per week

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of our valued clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing business, with the chance to become an integral part of the finance function.

The Role:
  • Oversee and finalise payroll processes.
  • Manage P&L reporting.
  • Handle credit control and factoring.
  • Prepare and post manual journals.
  • Partner with operational teams to provide insight and support.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements across finance.
  • Contribute to ongoing transformation and growth projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Management Accountant role
  • Skilled in Xero, payroll systems, and Excel
  • Strong communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware and proactive.
