Finance Manager

Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a large retail organisation based near Plymouth recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager to join their fast-paced, high-growth business.

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000

Location: Plymouth (5 days onsite)

This is a pivotal role within the finance function, offering the chance to be a part of a growing finance team. You will need to be commercial aware and very technically capable, strong communication skills and whilst having high level of Excel skills.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Group / Company financial statements under IFRS and FRS
• Assisting with Audit and Tax - whilst advising SLT
• Production of monthly management accounts
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
• Delivery of analysis to key stakeholders
• Acting as a Financial Business Partner

About you?

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent. Min 1-2PQE.
• Must have prepared financial statements and supported consolidations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in lease accounting and property finance.
• Advanced Excel including Pivot, Look Ups, Financial Modelling.
• Access Dimensions experience.
• Advantageous having PowerBI experience.
