Reed Finance are currently seeking a fixed-term contract Finance Manager for an initial 6 months period in Huntingdon. This role is crucial for providing finance support, focusing on management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and overseeing accounts payable, receivable and credit control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end process, including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide analysis to support decision-making.
• Budgets, forecasts, and planning.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Sales and margin reporting.
• Attend senior management meetings to provide financial insights.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

Required skills & qualifications:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified, part-qualified or QBE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems.
• Resilient and capable of working well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to adhere to tight reporting deadlines.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and effective communication skills.
