Finance Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager for a global company based on the outskirts of Cambridge. The finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operation in the EU region, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, audit, and compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and tax experience and the ability to lead a finance team. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.

You will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering culture of inclusive and continuous learning so strong leadership experience is essential.

Minimum 3-5 years’ EMEA finance experience and a hands-on knowledge of European financial regulations and accounting standards is required.

You will be a qualified accountant ACA,ACCA.CIMA or equivalent and have strong Excel skills and a knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
