Finance Manager, Watford. Salary £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, innovative organization entering an exciting period of expansion. You’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and insight to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include producing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, overseeing AP and AR, and liaising with external accountants and auditors.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, with strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.
