Finance Manager

Hey LinkedIn - I'm super excited to post another role with a business that I have partnered with. Over the past few months, I've been working with a scale-up SaaS business that has been growing their teams internationally. It's been amazing to see them on this journey... now, we are on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join the team.

My client are an award-winning digital platform that transforms video and audio footage into real-time workflows and analytics dashboards in the field. Their platform uses the power of AI to save time, eliminate the need for excess paper and create safer workspaces.

Different to your ''normal'' start-up... they are corporately founded, so have the security and backing of larger businesses which include;

One of the Big Three, One of the UK's largest utility suppliers and One of the largest pension funds in the world!

However...they are independently run and have the feel of an exhilarating start-up business.

As the Finance Manager, you will:

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on the annual business plan. You will be in charge of developing the forecasting model!
You will prepare monthly reports & identify key actions to drive performance.
You'll lead the Financial ''Operations'' of the business. Looking at all aspects to make operations more effective.
You'll hold and build all external relationships related to the finance department.

What I'm looking for:

Experience working in the Finance Department; leading own workstreams, leading with auditors and reporting on various data points
You have experience working in a small business, or come from a consultancy where you've worked in a small team. (Self-starter running through your blood)
Ideally you are a qualified accountant
Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
