We are recruiting a Finance Manager who will play a key role in shaping our financial strategies and driving our continued growth. As our Finance Manager, you will be taking ownership of all financial operations of SERCASA, ensuring our financial health is excellent. About the role:
Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Prepare, analyse, and present accurate and timely financial reports, budgets and forecasts to management and stakeholders (monthly and annual reporting). Manage and monitor day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions. Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and research and identify cost-saving opportunities, minimise financial risk and increase financial efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to develop and executive strategic financial plans, including budgeting, investment decisions and resource allocation. Provide financial insights, recommendations, and guidance to support management decision making and drive business growth. Calculate, prepare, and submit online VAT returns and process payments to ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and government agencies. Research and stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial processes.
What we are looking for:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant qualifications. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role. Demonstratable knowledge of financial policies, accounting practices, and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. An organised and self-motivated individual with a strong desire for personal and professional growth and development. Proactive team player with proven leadership skills to drive and implement financial policies and processes. Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance.
