Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with out clients out in Penicuik to welcome a maternity cover Finance Manager to their team. This role will be working closely with the Head of Finance and will support 3 junior employees.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation of management accounts to trial balance.
Responsible for monthly analysis of actuals versus budget, prior year, forecast.
Responsible for leading and coaching the team on accurate analysis and insightful reporting on the management accounts.
Review and improve balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure accruals completeness, cut-off and review contracts for proper accounting considerations.
Responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, VAT, and other regulations.
Full ownership of internal controls matrix, adherence and compliance.
Drive and organise the team to deliver reporting timely to group and local. This includes monthly management reporting, quarterly forecasting, and on-going forecasting/reviews with the business.

Qualifications
Qualified or QBE
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain backgrounds preferred.
