Your mission:

As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in financial analysis, reporting and decision support for our leadership team. You’ll collaborate across our different departments to ensure alignment with objectives and provide insights to influence business decisions. This is a great opportunity for a qualified ACA with PQE (Post Qualification Experience) as this is a brand new role and will report directly to our Finance Director.

What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
Monitoring and reporting on financial performance across the business.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting across the business.
Work closely with the FD to continue building a strong and reliable finance function at MPG.

What you can bring to MPG:
ACA Qualified, preferably with commercial PQE.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Self-starter with an aptitude for problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt where needed.
Willingness to learn and continually develop skills.
