Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller to oversee the Finance Department of a rapidly growing commercial business in Richmond. The ideal candidate must be a highly organised and a strong communicator, with prior experience gained within an international SME. Any experience with luxury goods could prove advantageous. Key Responsibilities include: Taking responsibility of reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring accuracy Providing regular feedback and reports to senior management Leading preparation of budgets and projections Managing relationships with outsourced bookkeepers and accountants located in international territories Managing KPI metrics, reports and dashboards Controlling inventory and oversight of order management systems Monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, including invoicing Assuming responsibility for, and maintaining accountancy software (Xero)
Requirements: Fully Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables & VLookups Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential Experienced working with SMEs with international offices Happy to work onsite 5 days a week
