Redstor is a private equity-backed business providing data storage and cyber-resilience services to organisations worldwide. We are seeking a people lead Finance Manager to join our finance team. This pivotal new role, you will report to the Global Financial Controller. You will play a key role in improving financial processes and controls, implementing a new accounting system, and making our finance operations scalable as we enter a period of rapid growth. Your passion and purpose
Systems Migration Expert:
Integral part of the team implementing a new accounting system, Netsuite.
Collaboration with our project managers and data analysts as we integrate Netsuite with Salesforce and M3tor.
Complete testing, migrate historical data, and set up APIs for Navan, our expense claim app.
Automate the purchase approval process and create streamlined bank feeds.
Become the go-to person for system support within the finance team.

Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and conduct P&L variance analysis.
Collaborate closely with the financial controller and auditors for a seamless year-end audit.
Responsible for VAT returns and support on annual tax reporting

Cash Flow Guru:
Master the art of cash flow optimisation to support our continued growth.

Leadership and Development Pro:
Coach and provide technical support to our finance assistants
Mentor our AAT trainee as they embark on their qualification journey
Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance aligned with our stakeholders' expectations.

Your Story
Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) – would suit first move out of practice!
Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced PE backed-environment.
Comfortable exploring financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communicator, ready to build strong relationships within the business.
