Description

Key responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

• Leading the finance team to deliver financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and statutory obligations.
• Developing financial strategies to support the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities.
• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including auditors, funders and partners.
• Contributing to the organisation's strategy as part of the senior management team.
• Ensuring the finance system is fit for purpose and continuously improved.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the finance team.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
