Finance Manager - Capital Expenditure

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join a large, complex organisation as a Finance Manager within their project finance office. This is a high-profile role working closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial leadership across a significant capital programme.As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for delivering robust financial management, commercial insight and business partnering support, helping the organisation make informed investment decisions and achieve its long-term strategic objectives.
Your new role

Partner with budget holders and operational leaders to provide financial advice and challenge.
Lead financial planning, monitoring and reporting across capital projects and investment programmes.
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing solutions and mitigation plans.
Deliver insightful financial and commercial analysis to support organisational priorities.
Support budget setting, forecasting, year-end activities and statutory reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance standards and best practice.What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant (or equivalent) with a strong appreciation for project accounting and capital expenditure. Ideally, you will bring proven experience in a finance management role within a large and complex organisation and strong financial planning, modelling and analytical capabilities.
