Our client has evolved to become one of the leading independent operators in their field and enables their clients to maximise their AI offering. This business is at the forefront of the new technology boom!

The role manages a small team and oversees the financial transactions and financial health of this ongoing business. This includes the preparation of monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts and ensuring all is fully compliant. The intention is to introduce an external investor in in the next 6-12 months which will kick start a series of interesting events that will see growth and change in an all ready fast moving business.

The role will work closely with a fractional CFO with lots of experience to pass on!

Selected duties;

* Production of monthly management accounts

* Monitoring cash flow and FX transactions

* Drive operational efficiencies through sound financial controls and policies

* Managing the small finance team and setting them objectives and KPIs

* Working in an SME you will also have to be hands on and will oversee the day to day accounting transactions

The Candidate;

Ideally you will have experience in overseeing stat and management accounts. You will be happy to work in a fast moving business. You will be techsavvy and hungry to learn.
