Finance Manager - Entertainment/Music

Accountancy Action has been instructed to source an AAT Qualified Finance Manager for a leading Entertainment/Music business based in Soho.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Manager will be joining a dynamic and tenured team.

The successful applicant will work within the finance team, working across all aspects of the finance department.

• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication are essential as this role involves regular interaction with agents, clients and other stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail and experience in day-to-day bookkeeping across both client and office accounting.

• They expect the role to be approached proactively. Transparency and accountability are key within their finance team, and the right person will value accuracy, responsibility, and collaboration at every level.

EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrable client facing accounting experience of a minimum five years.
• Minimum of AAT qualified or equivalent.
• Preferred music / entertainment industry experience.
• Fully conversant with Xero, or able to learn quickly.
• Able to work in a pressured environment and meet strict deadlines.
