Finance Manager (Management Reporting

Meraki Talent are excited to partner with our client which is a leading UK wide business to recruit Finance Managers (Management Reporting). Due to exciting change and investment, there is a requirement to recruit an experienced Manager with good commercial and operational exposure.

This is a great time to join a high profile team, balancing key reporting duties with projects, improvements and developing key analysis and modelling. The role will also require relationship building with important stakeholders within finance but also across key business operational functions.

Key duties of the role include:

• Manage and review management reporting, with analysis
• Financial Control with enhancement of the control environment
• Provide review, challenge and oversight to reporting cycle
• Treasury and Cashflow movements
• Collate and develop key MI and analytics
• Support FP&A on planning, forecasting and variances
• In depth analysis of large datasets, provide key insights for decision making and strategy purposes
• Deliver continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement.

Experience required:

• ICAS (ACA) or ACCA Qualified Accountant
• Strong experience in finance and operational processes, controls and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of overseeing and review work in a team environment.
