Finance Manager - Owner managed business

Atkinson Moss are proud to be exclusively supporting a market leading, privately owned Norwich based business in their search for a Finance Manager. Working closely with the Managing the Director, the successful applicant will have oversight for the companies finances, duties to include;

• Production of monthly management accounts pack
• Cashflow management and relevant reporting
• WIP calculations and margin analysis
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Manage contracts invoicing
• Manage the sales ledger and reconciling any discrepancies & raise sales invoices
• Reviewing debtors and ensuring strong cash position through credit control
• Inputting of purchase ledger and make supplier payments
• Producing monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintaining and improving finance systems
• VAT Returns
• Payroll for the company including pension administration
• Year-end accounts
