Finance Officer

Are a well-known housing association based in theOldham area.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the ManagementAccountant and;

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Provide support to the finance team
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Analyse financial data and provide insights
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

• Min 2 years accounting experience with exposure to month end.
• AAT qualification (NVQ4) or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
