Finance Officer

We are inviting applications for Officer Finance for an international Bank based in City of London. This will be a 12 Months contract to start with the Bank.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Supplier maintenance
• Making regular payments to the vendors/ service providers.
• Managing suppliers and ensuring supplier reconciliations.

Book keeping

• Month end entries like depreciation, accruals and prepayments entries.
• GL movement, scrutiny, analysis, review on monthly basis.
• Regular expenses entries in accounting software.

Management accounts

• Assist in Drafting of monthly management accounts along with balance sheet analysis, income analysis.
• Assist in Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.

Requirement:

• A good bachelor's degree and studying towards an accountancy qualification.
• Experience working in financial services organization is preferable.
