Location: Birmingham | Part-time | £33K - £36K per annum (£24,640 - £26,880 pro rata) | 28 Hours A Week | Interviewing First Week of September | Hybrid

My client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and support financial planning and reporting. The role is set to begin in September 2025, with flexibility around how the 28 hours per week are structured. The organisation also offers a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ledgers and cash book
• Process payroll
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow
• Prepare quarterly management accounts and funder reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting with senior leadership
• Ensure accurate financial records using QuickBooks

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Knowledge of payroll and financial reporting
