Finance Officer | Ealing

A welcoming primary school in Ealing is recruiting a proactive Finance Officer to start January 2026. The Finance Officer will be responsible for purchase ledger management, income processing, banking and routine reconciliations. This Finance Officer will help manage invoicing for trips and lettings, prepare monthly summaries and support the administrative team with finance-related queries. A short handover will take place in the period running up to January 2026 so the Finance Officer can begin efficiently.

Experience & qualifications

• Previous experience in finance administration or a similar transactional role.


• Comfortable working with accounting systems, Excel and basic reporting tools.


• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines accurately.


• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues and suppliers in Ealing.


• Able to commence January 2026 and to attend induction scheduled before January 2026.
