Finance Operations Manager

Your new company
I am currently working with a leading insurance broker looking to recruit a Finance Operations Manager. This is an exciting business that has strong financial backing and has been through a period of growth, expansion and acquisition activity and is now looking to add finance talent to support the ongoing growth and development of the business.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Month-end close process management
• Budgeting & Forecasting management
• PowerBI and Systems utilisation
• Business partnering with corporate functions
• Supporting and developing junior team members

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a blend of practice and industry experience. You will need a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking on tasks on your own initiative and driving projects forwards. You will need strong communication and business partnering experience and experience in driving changes and process improvements is also highly desirable. Strong PowerBI and systems knowledge is preferred, as is partnering with other corporate functions, particularly IT.
