Job Description - Finance Operations Manager

A fast-growing, international B2B creative organisation is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead their transactional finance team.
You’ll manage a team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Payroll, ensuring efficient operations, accurate reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced, commercially minded environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys balancing operational oversight with strategic input.

What you will do

Build strong internal relationships across commercial and non-finance teams
Lead and develop the finance operations team across multiple locations
Oversee AP, AR, payroll, credit control, and payment processes
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions within a monthly close window
Support external audits and maintain strong financial controls
Collaborate on ERP systems integration and drive continuous process improvement

About You

5+ years' experience in finance operations or a similar leadership role
Strong working knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
A clear communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
Comfortable working across teams and time zones in a hybrid, agile environment
