We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in Jersey. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee finance operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive process improvements across the business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Leading the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking functions. Managing cash flow and supporting month-end reporting. Driving operational improvements and enhancing finance processes. Acting as the key escalation point for finance operations. Coaching, developing and supporting the Finance Operations team. Assisting with internal and external audits.
About You
You'll have:
Previous Finance Manager experience within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
