Finance Operations Manager

As Finance Operations Manager working within this specialist lending bank, you will support a growing lending product line from an operations and finance perspective in a hybrid role including;
Managing all client drawdown activities and associated payments and receipts
Completion of month end data and performance reporting to wider finance, treasury & credit risk
Producing monthly reconciliations of all income and analysis and support queries from SLT
Reviewing loan documentation and interest sheets
Provide timely management accounts and MI to the SLT
Lead, develop and motivate a direct report
You will have experience working within banking, fund management or wider financial services and likely be a qualified accountant or studying towards your ACA/ACCA/CIMA. You will relish the opportunity to support a start-up lending product within an established bank and enjoy undertaking a varied role across operational and finance activities. This is a newly created role due to growth and offers hybrid office and home working. This could suit someone from a fund accounting background looking to move in to banking.
