Location: London, hybrid
Salary: £35-55k basic + fantastic commission

• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team within the Finance or Tech market
• Coach, support, and celebrate your team's successes while continuing to grow your own desk
• Influence our culture, shape team dynamics, and step confidently into leadership

Billing Track – Specialist Consultant

• Own your vertical: whether that’s Financial Services, Fintech, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or beyond
• Grow your market share with autonomy, becoming the trusted expert in your field
• Focus purely on delivery, candidate engagement, and relationship-building

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients across finance or tech sectors
• Sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in roles that drive innovation and business growth
• Managing the full 360° recruitment process—from pitch to placement
• Keeping up with sector trends to consult and advise with confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting into the Finance or Tech industries (£200k+ billings)
• A self-starter with big ambition—whether you're aiming to lead or become a market expert
• Commercial savvy and a consultative approach to recruitment
• Comfortable with fast-paced, ever-evolving environments where no two days are the same
• Open to honest feedback and collaborative growth (we believe challenge fuels progress)
