As a Finance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in engaging with inbound and qualified leads, understanding their finance needs, and matching them with suitable finance packages and vehicle options. You will build strong relationships with customers, lenders, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and qualified leads to understand customer finance needs
• Match customers with suitable finance packages and vehicle options
• Provide clear, compliant advice on finance products and terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, dealers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure seamless customer journeys
• Hit and exceed sales targets with the support of a structured training program

What They’re Looking for:

• Motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong sales background, ideally in automotive or finance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of compliance (FCA regulations or relevant local laws)
• Trustworthy, professional, and tech-savvy (CRM systems, finance calculators)
• Continuous improvement mindset, resilience, strong organisation and attention to detail
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
