Finance Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh

A well-established firm is looking for a Solicitor with NQ - 2 years’ PQE to join its Finance team in Edinburgh.

The team advises on a wide range of matters including the funding and development of energy and infrastructure projects, M&A, refinancing and low-carbon advisory – across the UK and internationally. Clients include banks, investment funds, developers and public sector bodies.

This is a transactional role offering strong client exposure. You’ll support deals across sectors such as renewables, transport, infrastructure and green investment.

You will:

• Have experience in banking, energy, or project finance from a commercial law firm
• Be collaborative, organised and motivated by technically complex work
• Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills
