I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, whose Head Office is based in Retford, for an experienced OneStream Finance Systems Administrator to join their Finance Systems team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving organisation with operations across the UK and Europe, where you will have real scope to influence how financial systems develop and support the wider business. A varied role combining BAU application management with exciting development projects.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Financial Systems, you will take responsibility for the ongoing administration, development and enhancement of the organisation's OneStream application.
Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, including the Group Head of FP&A, CFO, Financial Controllers, M&A team and divisional leaders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.
You will balance day-to-day application support with exciting project-based development, helping to automate reporting processes, improve financial analysis and drive efficiencies across the group.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance the existing OneStream application, including technical functions, coding and configurations.
Support and improve financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end close processes.
Develop new dashboards, Cube Views and reporting functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
Work closely with UK and European divisions to drive automation and improve reporting efficiencies.
Manage and support data integrations between OneStream, NetSuite and other ERP systems, including API connections and mapping requirements.
Support the monthly change control process, ensuring robust governance, documentation and compliance with internal controls.
Monitor new OneStream functionality and releases, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements.
Contribute to the rebuild and future development of the OneStream application.
Provide technical support, guidance and training to internal users and colleagues.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider business.About you
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Finance Systems Professional with OneStream, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ideally, you will bring:

Proven experience basic developing, administering and supporting OneStream applications.
A degree in Finance or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside either a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) or OneStream certification
A good understanding of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Strong knowledge of OneStream configuration, data integration and application development.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial data integrations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
