Robert Walters is recruiting on behalf of our client for a newly created Finance Systems Analyst position. This is a key hire as the business prepares to transition from SAP to a new ERP system. The role offers hybrid working and a unique opportunity to be at the centre of a major finance systems transformation.

?? Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Finance Systems Analyst:

• Lead finance's involvement in the ERP transition from SAP to a new system

• Support system selection, implementation, and process mapping activities

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure system design meets business requirements

• Develop and enhance automated reporting, controls, and workflows

• Provide training and support to finance teams throughout the transition

• Act as a subject matter expert for finance systems post-implementation

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong finance systems experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP and involvement in ERP change or transformation projects

• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements

• Comfortable working across finance and IT teams to deliver systems improvements

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing change in a dynamic environment
