We’re on the lookout for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT team as we continue our exciting journey migrating from Microsoft GP to Workday. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of our finance systems during a major transformation programme that spans multiple countries and phases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading enhancements to finance systems and refining finance processes (Workday focus)
• Supporting end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, from data migration through to training
• Partnering with internal finance and technology teams as well as third-party providers
• Delivering ongoing change, development and support across core finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax and Treasury
• Creating training materials and user documentation
• Driving continuous improvement through technical upgrades and smarter ways of working
• Ensuring robust control and governance, including change control and testing

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in finance ERP implementations (ideally Workday)
• Hands-on knowledge of data migration, UAT, integrations and process design
• A sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented with solid analytical skills

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience in Workday Financials
• Knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Technical know-how (SQL, VBA, advanced Excel)

Location:

This role is based in our modern Durham - Janet Nash House or Kenilworth - Georgina Mackie House offices. We operate a hybrid model, but you’ll be expected to be in the office more often than not - typically 3 days per week on site, with flexibility around business needs. Travel to other business sites may also be required.
