The Opportunity

Digital Finance Transformation Lead
Type: 12–18 months
Salary: Competitive DOE
Start Date: ASAP

The Role
An organisation in South Yorkshire is seeking a Digital Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead a full-scale digital overhaul of its finance operations. This is a rare opportunity to lead strategic change in a multi-site environment, working directly with senior leadership to modernise systems, automate processes, and build a future-ready finance function.

Design and deliver a digital finance transformation roadmap
Implement cloud-based tools (Xero, BrightPay, Dext, etc.)
Automate payroll, invoicing, reporting, and compliance workflows
Train and upskill internal teams
Build live dashboards and KPI tracking systems

The Person

Proven experience in finance transformation
Multi-site experience
Hands-on with cloud accounting/payroll systems
Strong grasp of UK financial regulations and compliance
Skilled in project management and change leadership
Analytical, tech-savvy, and process-driven
Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
