Finance Transformation Manager - Consulting - NetSuite/D365

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager with 5+ years consultancy experience to join a Global Advisory business. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Finance Transformation professional with experience implementing Oracle NetSuite or D365.

The ideal candidate, as a Finance Transformation Manager, will bring demonstrable experience from demanding finance environments-ideally within esteemed consulting firms renowned for their commitment to exemplary client service. Your background should encompass substantial involvement in Finance operations. Your interpersonal strengths will be evident when facilitating workshops or presenting recommendations at board level; equally vital is your ability to balance competing demands across various projects.

• Possess no fewer than five years' experience within a consultancy in a finance transformation funciton-preferably acquired within prominent professional services firms or large regional practices.
• Demonstrate a proven record managing engagements involving business transformation initiatives s
• Display comprehensive knowledge of ERP technologies in NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics; hands-on implementation experience is particularly valued.
• Evidence experience facilitating requirement workshops with clients-translating complex needs into actionable solutions whilst presenting clear value propositions at executive meetings.
• Possess strong communication skills enabling thorough documentation of requirements and persuasive presentation of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Demonstrate capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across internal firm projects as well as external client deliverables without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Embody a collaborative approach that encourages teamwork across multidisciplinary groups whilst supporting the professional development of colleagues.
