In this role, you will:

• Lead client conversations focused on strategic growth, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
• Drive business partnering with clients, advising on financial decisions and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, connecting clients to services such as tax, corporate finance, and data analytics
• Help implement innovative technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor as they scale their businesses

Key Criteria:

• A strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of business operations and growth
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role, ideally within finance or business transformation
• A growth-focused mentality, with the ability to challenge the status quo and provide strategic insights
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and technologies
• Experience in driving financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
