Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) (essential) MBA is desirable

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in management accounting, ideally in engineering or manufacturing

Proven track record of participating in audits, including preparation and management of audit processes.

Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and buyouts, including due diligence and integration.

Excellent knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills.

Experience managing financial growth in businesses transitioning from SME to mid-sized operations.

Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
