Financial Accountant - 12 Month FTC

Eutopia Search are delighted to be working with a growing business in Peterborough that’s seeking an interim Financial Accountant to take the lead on audit, statutory accounts, and financial reporting.

The Role Includes:

• Leading on audit and statutory accounts, acting as the key liaison in group audits
• Preparing annual statutory accounts, and interim reporting
• Supporting public company reporting, including trading updates
• Overseeing VAT, tax returns, and regulatory reporting in collaboration with external advisors
• Driving cost-effective and compliant financial processes and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and UK Tax legislation
• A confident communicator who can work across all departments
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and professional, able to work independently or collaboratively

Location & Details:

• 2 days per week on-site in Peterborough
• Temp-to-perm- excellent potential to go permanent for the right candidate
