Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a large manufacturing business in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. Working and part of a sizeable finance team and reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take on a broad remit of work, largely focussing on controls and processes across multiple departments.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Balance sheet reconciliation;
• Production of statutory accounts;
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting;
• Liaison with external auditors during year end audit
• Help to maintain and improve controls to ensure accountant standards are maintained.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is required;
• Previous experience working in a similar role within a large multi-entity environment;
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
