Financial Accountant

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a renowned global business to recruit a diligent and technically minded Financial Accountant.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Financial Controls are well maintained and relevant reporting is completed within an accurate and timely.

Duties Include:

• Maintain a robust control environment through balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of year end statutory accounts
• Lead the annual audit processes and prepare statutory accounts
• Complete statutory returns accurately and on time
• Report on cashflow, including forecasting and identifying funding needs
• Dealing with ad hoc queries

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong financial accounting background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office

Salary and benefits:

The role of Financial Accountant is £60,000pa to £65,000pa plus benefits and hybrid working.
