Financial Accountant

Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis for a private equity backed, expanding service provider based in Leeds.

Reporting in to an ACA qualified Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant looking for a step in to an engaging and forward thinking business in a financial control position.

As a Financial Accountant, duties will include, however are not limited to, involvement in the production of quarterly and annual statutory accounts under IFRS, preparation of parts of the quarterly management report and providing commentaries, assisting with group budgeting and forecasting, preparation of additional supporting schedules for review and providing explanations and analysis as required to support key stakeholders and maintenance of the company's depreciation, accruals and other accounting schedules as required.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Have experience of working in a reporting role (from either industry or practice)
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum + discretionary bonus scheme + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + free lunch on office days + subsidised gym membership + cycle to work scheme + life assurance + critical illness cover + hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week)
